In this new film produced by Life Arts Media – maverick music/film maestro Jamie Catto leads a “Transforming the Shadows: Unleash Your Creativity” workshop at Sunrise festival for the Conscious Frontiers programme. In the workshop, Jamie – the creative catalyst behind dance super group Faithless and the 1 Giant Leap films/albums – shares fun techniques and exercises for moving through creative blocks by daring to reveal your authentic self and vulnerability.
