An innovative Heart of Purpose workshop on Wednesday 26th April at St Ethelburga’s Centre in the City of London (EC2), facilitated by leading purpose catalysts Edward Rowland and Sarah Rozenthuler from The Whole Partnership, explores how purpose can be effectively activated in organisations applying the powerful lens of Systemic Coaching and Constellations.
By creating maps of the whole system, this cutting-edge awareness based method enables the invisible dynamics and deeper potential of leadership and business situations to be explored.

The workshop uses an innovative “whole self, whole systems approach”, which integrates Systemic Coaching & Constellations with other practices such as generative dialogue, Theory U, and mindfulness (presence).
As well as enabling a powerful discovery process to crystallize purpose, Edward and Sarah’s systemic approach also reveals quickly and easily the key ‘acupressure points’ for change – so that the benefits of a purpose-led approach can be activated for individuals and the system as a whole. Attuning to the true potential of purpose is a unique contribution that a systemic lens is able to bring.
Through powerful mapping (constellating) processes – as well as personal reflection, coaching inquiry and group dialogue – you will strengthen yourself to move forward with greater confidence, excitement and ease.
